Please find below points jotted down from updates provided by DDA on Land Pooling Policy on 08 Sep 2017:

  • Govt of NCT of Delhi vide notification no. F.1135/Regn.Br./Land Pool/HQ/2014/6654 dated 13/1/2015 has exempted stamp duty for first transfer/surrender of land, i.e., the land transfer by the Society to DDA.
  • Further, exemption of stamp duty on second transfer has been rejected with the approval of Honb’le Lt. Governor of Delhi as the DDA will transfer a part of the land to the owners after developing the land and changing of its land use.
  • DDA has prepared seamless revenue maps of villages falling under Land Pooling in Zone N & P-II on GIS platform and have sent to revenue department for authentication.
  • Base maps for authentication for other zones are under preparation.

We are expecting the work to get completed in next few months, after which DDA will start collecting Land papers from us. We are planning to expand our land share before the commencement of the same, so as to meet DDA’s pre-requisite, and will be rolling out new membership plan after shradhs for the same.

We are glad to inform you that after the successful launching of housing society in P2 zone, we registered “Urban Residency Welfare Society” for acquiring land under DDA’s ambitious Land Pooling Policy, in L Zone (Delhi), for our near and dear ones.

Urban Residency is formed primarily for the welfare of Public Sector Employees.
We have an unmatched insight for the devlopement of our Housing Society in the DDA’s upcoming sub-city in L-Zone of Delhi (strategically placed between Dwarka and Gurgaon).  It will be loaded with features such as, all-weather swimming pool, minigolf course etc, and will have extensive use of IOT for the welfare of its members.
The Land Pooling Policy has been cleared by the LG/State Govt and has now been rested with DDA for taking things forward. It is expected that DDA will start collecting land documents in next 3-4 months. 
 
We have already identified a couple of land pieces in L zone villages marked for pooling by DDA, such as, Surera, Ujwa; and are planning to make down payment soon.

Interested applicants will need to submit completed application form along with ₹ 10,000/- (against admin cost) and 1st Installment towards land_cost per the chosen unit, issued in favour of ‘Urban Residency Welfare Society‘, before 10th of December, 2017.
